Students in 12th grade who have participated in at least three years of Madrichim are eligible to apply for the ELI 2.0: Educational Leadership Institute for the Next Generation. ELI 2.0 is a high-level mentorship and training program focusing on Jewish education and pedagogy. In addition to serving as a Madrich/a in a classroom, students are required to attend monthly workshops with Kulanu’s Director of Education and guest educators, and complete and present a capstone project.
ELI students who attend all ELI workshops, have a minimum attendance of 75%, and who complete a capstone project will receive an honorarium for their participation. Honorariums are intended to further personal Jewish growth.
Mondays, 8:00-9:00 p.m. on Zoom. Sundays in-person at Bet Torah.

ELI 2.0 Madrichim who choose to also participate as MIT Mentors will attend an additional training workshop Sunday, February, 6.
Attendance at workshops is mandatory. Teens who do not attend consistently may be asked to leave the program.
