Join UJA Westchester Families on Sunday August 4th for the annual Supplies for Success event! Engage the whole family in this intergenerational mitzvah project - kids of all ages can pack backpacks full of school supplies to help children in local, underserved communities start the school year off right and set them up for success! The event is taking place on Sunday August 4th from 11am-12:15pm at both Westchester Reform Temple in Scarsdale and Bet Torah in Mount Kisco. Please see more information and register here. 

Every child deserves a shot at success, and a new school year should be a fresh start no matter a child's background or level of family income. Yet many children from underserved communities start school without the basic supplies they need: paper, pencils, binders, and notebooks. You can help by donating and packing backpacks!

UJA Westchester is working with Supplies for Success to ensure that each child has the tools to succeed in the classroom. This fundraiser and packing event will support our Annual Back to School Drive. Backpacks will be donated to UJA partners — Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) and Hope Community Services.

Parents, children, and grandparents are all welcome!
