Wednesdays, 8-9 pm, monthly zoom workshops in addition to class placement Full Calendar

ELI 2.0 is a high-level mentorship and training program focusing on Jewish education and pedagogy.

Students in 12th grade who have participated in at least three years of Madrichim are eligible to apply for the ELI 2.0: Educational Leadership Institute for the Next Generation. In addition to serving as Madrichim in a classroom, 12th grade madrichim attend monthly workshops with Kulanu’s Director of Education, Gina Fass and guest educators, and may choose to complete a capstone project. Together, we will deepen our knowledge as emerging educators and discuss topics such as Understanding by Design (Backwards Design), child development, Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning, and more.
